• Must include all parts, packaging & accessories
• Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected
Non-Returnable Items
• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.
This includes any item made to order or customized with names, numbers, colors, or design requests.
Refund Process
• Refunds are issued back to the original payment method
• Please allow 3–7 business days for funds to process after approval
• Refund may be reduced or denied if product shows wear, damage, or missing parts
Return Shipping
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Using tracked shipping is recommended — we are not responsible for lost return packages
