Processing Time

• Standard (non-custom) orders are processed within 5 business days.
• Custom orders require up to 10 business days for processing and creation before shipment.

⚠️ Custom order processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the design or materials required. More detailed or intricate orders could require additional time.

We will always communicate transparently if your order requires more processing time than originally estimated.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped through USPS, UPS, or another trusted carrier.
• Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on location.
• Priority or expedited shipping may be available at checkout or by request.

Tracking Your Package

• Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update within the carrier system.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping rates are calculated by weight, size, and destination.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

• If tracking shows delivered but the package is not received, please contact the carrier first to help locate it.
• Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation are the responsibility of the customer.
